500ML FAST DRY HARDENER 710

Fast hardener for 2k paints mix ratio 2 parts paint to 1 part hardener

2-1 Activator 710 Fast for panel repairs and repaints in low temperatures (up to 25°C)

Mix 2:1 , stirring constantly while mixing. Mix thoroughly. Thin to spray viscosity 15 – 16 seconds in DIN 4 cup. (Choice of activator according to temperature, air movement and size of job) The activated clear has pot life of one-two hours (depending on activator and temperature). Allow a flash time of 5 minutes between coats depending on airflow and temperature. Allow 5 – 10 minutes flash before force dry. Use 25 – 35 psi at the gun for spot and panel repairs. Recommended dry time prior to polishing is 6 – 12 hours air dry (depending on temperature and activator), After cool down if force dried for 30 minutes at 60°C/140°F. PolishingFor dirt removal, lightly nib sand with P1500 grit paper and polish with ammonia free compound (It is best to compound within 48 hours).
