VEHICLE REFINISH and the ORIGINAL COATING of VEHICLES or TRAILERS

A single pack, high gloss chassis coating for use on commercial vehicles and trailers. VOC classification 2004/42/IIB(c)(420)(415) Features:

- positive overnight dry and tack free in 3 to 4 hours

- high gloss, excellent opacity

- jet black finish

- economic

- good resistance once cured to fuel and oil splash for single pack product

Normally applied over UPF or UPF CT primer, see data sheets for these products for primer details. Other primers are prone to de-lamination of the topcoat from the primer when chassis' are pressure washed.

Surfaces must be dry, sound and free from dirt, dust, millscale, rust and grease.

Previously painted surfaces; remove rust, remove loose/flaky paint, patch prime, lightly abrade whole surface, remove dust, dirt, oil and grease prior to application.
