Extra Build / Easy Sand Primer is a high quality two component acrylic urethane primer with excellent build, colour holdout and durability. COL400 Grey can be tinted with 2k intermix mixing basics (solid colours only). This will achieve top coat opacity in fewer coats, increasing productivity and reducing topcoat colour consumption. Mix Ratio 4 Part Primer to 1 part Hardener COL700 or COL710 10>20% Thinner COL 200/211. Â Apply 2>4 Medium Wet Coats allow 5>10 minutes flash off between Coats. Drying Air Dry 1.5>3 Hors at 20c,Low Bake 20>30 Minutes @60c Metal Temp 18>20 secs Din Cup 4,Gun Set Up 1.4>1.8Â
