Description
It is a one component polyurethane sealant and adhesive and is ideal for a number of automotive applications. It will permanently seal and stick body panels and trim. Will seal around windows, doors, lights etc. Sticks to most materials such as steel, aluminium, glass and most plastics.is not approved to install windscreens. As The product does not have UV protection nor contains biocide, therefore We do not recommend this product coating if used in areas with prolonged exposure to sunlight or high moisture.

Surface preparation
IK PU sealant and adhesive can be used on the following surfaces:Steel, aluminium, brass, iron. Fibre Glass and most plastics .Glass, Wood, Ceramics, Paint Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from grease.

Application
Apply with a standard cartridge caulking gun or pneumatic version at approximately 6 bar (108psi).30-60 mins to skin.
Through cure of approximately 3mm per 24 hours. All results at 23°C and 50% relative humidity.

Overpainting
May be over painted with most paint systems once fully cured. Can be over painted once it has skinned if using 2K polyurethane paints.The drying of synthetic paint may be retarded.Household gloss will not dry over this product.

Shelf Life and Storage Information
9 months from delivery if stored in ideal conditions. Minimum storage temperature +5°C Maximum storage temperature +35°C Storage for prolonged periods above 35°C will result in a reduction of shelf life. To extend the useful life after opening, cover the nozzle tip with aluminium foil or Tape.

The VOC content of this product in ready to use form is 112 g/litre
